Product Warranty – Dr. Pen Devices

Thanks for shopping at drpenclub.com. We hope you love your purchases, but if you’re not totally satisfied with the products or request a repair, return, refund, or exchange, we are always here to help.

1. Warranty Period

drpenclub.com provides warranty service and customer support for new and certified refurbished products purchased directly from the drpenclub.com official website.

Please note: We do not operate official stores on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress.

Devices purchased on drpenclub.com come with a limited warranty of up to 5 years, depending on the model and usage conditions.
Cartridges and skincare products: 1-year limited warranty. Returns are only accepted if the items are unopened and in original packaging, as these are single-use products.

For replacement products, the warranty continues from the original purchase date and will be extended by the number of days the product was with us for warranty service.

2. Warranty Forfeiture

The warranty will not apply in the following situations:

(a) The product is labeled as “sample,” “Not for Sale,” or sold “AS IS.”
(b) You bought the product from unauthorized sellers.
(c) Trademarks, serial tags, or stickers are removed or altered.
(d) The product is mishandled, misused, or dismantled.
(e) Software is upgraded without authorized guidance.
(f) Damage is due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
(g) The product is damaged by improper conditions (e.g., temperature, power issues).
(h) Battery handling is improper.
(i) Damage is caused by natural disasters.
(j) Products from the Play & Say feedback program are not eligible.
(k) The warranty is non-transferable.

3. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty services include:

Repairs or refurbishments within the warranty period.
Replacement of defective items when repair is not possible.
Returns or refunds within 60 days of purchase, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

For devices (microneedling pens):

Flexible return and refund policy within 60 days of purchase.
Repairs or replacement of accessories covered under warranty.
For refurbishment, customers cover shipping costs to us, while drpenclub.com covers return shipping.

For cartridges and skincare products:

Returns or refunds accepted within 60 days only if packaging is unopened.

For accessories

Covered by the 5-year device warranty or 60-day return policy, depending on product type.
If replacement is needed, customers cover return shipping; drpenclub.com covers shipping of the replacement.

4. Upgrade or Exchange Policy

drpenclub.com can’t exchange a returned product for a different type unless certain conditions are met:

The returned product is within our limited warranty period (5-year) and is returned for repair or replacement.
Products of the same model as the returned one are out of stock.

If these conditions are met, drpenclub.com may provide a substitute or an upgrade product of equivalent value.
