All products are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.
We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:
1. PayPal

Don’t have a PayPal account? You can still pay using your debit or credit card by selecting “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” on the PayPal page—no account required.
2. Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, and Discover.
If your card provider is not listed, you may still attempt your purchase, as many other cards are accepted.
Please note: drpenclub.com does not collect or store your credit/debit card number. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. For specific payment issues, please contact your card-issuing bank.
3. Google Pay
Google Pay allows fast and secure checkout using your saved payment methods. It is available on Android devices and supported browsers such as Chrome.
4. Apple Pay
Apple Pay enables quick and secure payments through supported Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, or Mac). At checkout, you can pay without manually entering your card details.
All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. drpenclub.com does not store your payment information.
Sales & Use Tax
1. Do I need to pay any Sales Tax?
In most cases, product prices shown on our website are final and tax-inclusive. This means applicable VAT, duties, or sales taxes are included in the displayed price.
2. Is tax included in the product price?
Yes. The price shown on the product page generally includes applicable duties, VAT, or sales taxes based on your shipping destination.
3.Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?
If you return your order in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, the tax portion included in the product price will also be refunded.
Note: In rare cases, additional handling or local taxes may apply depending on the destination and carrier. These will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
