Designed for compatible Hydra Pen H3 and H5 devices, these serum-infusion microneedling cartridges combine cosmetic skin application with controlled topical serum delivery. Choose from five cartridge types and multiple pack sizes to match your skincare routine, preferred coverage and refill needs.

Each cartridge features a built-in 3ml serum chamber and an adjustable liquid-output design. The regulating cap offers 3 liquid-flow levels, while device speed can also influence the frequency of serum delivery for a more customizable cosmetic routine.

Choose the Right Cartridge

• 12-Pin: A precision-focused option for smaller areas and targeted cosmetic skincare application.
• 24-Pin: A balanced choice for regular facial routines and medium-area coverage such as the cheeks and forehead.
• 36-Pin: Designed for broader coverage across larger facial or scalp-care areas.
• Nano Round: A gentle surface-level option for serum application, hydration-focused routines and maintaining a refreshed-looking glow.
• Nano Square: Designed for gentle superficial application, including smaller or more delicate cosmetic skincare areas.

Adjustable Serum Infusion

The Hydra Pen cartridge includes a 3ml liquid chamber for compatible topical skincare formulas. Rotate the regulating cap to select from three liquid-output levels according to the consistency of your serum and your preferred application rate.

The serum-delivery frequency may also vary with the speed setting of the compatible Hydra Pen device. Start with a lower setting and adjust gradually according to your skincare routine and product consistency.
