Do needles rotate?

No. When the cartridge is installed correctly, the needles on the Dr. Pen M8S do not rotate or move side to side. During use, the needles move in a controlled vertical up-and-down motion, which creates precise micro-channels in the skin while helping minimize unnecessary skin irritation.
To cover the treatment area evenly, you should manually move the pen across the skin using small circular motions or cross-hatch (horizontal and vertical) passes. This helps ensure a consistent treatment across the entire area.
