Most Dr. Pen microneedling pens offer a speed range of 1-5. As a general rule, higher speeds allow for deeper needle penetration. Nano cartridges are suitable for more frequent use and are great for hard-to-reach areas, such as around the nose and under the brow line. They generally do not require numbing cream.
