I have only had professional microneedling done so first time on myself with the A11. It is very easy to use and comfortable in your hand. I did the nano-r first and then the 18 a week later. I feel like the cartridge sucks up a lot of the serum and it makes a funny noise, that may be due to positioning. Saw a big difference in the texture of my skin after 1 use. I will continue to use it and hopefully fix user errors
